New mechanics in the game which by itself is great make it even better. Hopefully someday another expansion will magically appear!

Me and my wife love the complexity of this game and it is a ton of fun to play.

Once everyone in the room gets through the stress of learning exactly how the game works, that's when it gets *really* stressful. Great game for yelling at your friends.

Overall the game is very fun, it took a few games to get into the quick turn based aspects of the game but after that it flows easily. The Co-op/competitive nature of the game is so interesting and with the event cards even if you wish to all work together it can cause tension.

I can easily recommend to anyone wishing for a party game for their friends. I will say that it is more fun with more players as the 4 person games I have played didn’t have the same vibe as the 7+ players. Still fun with 4 people but the more there are the more chaos and uncertainty there is.

Former DJ here and this brings back sooooo many memories. Friends are loving the concept so hopefully they may be buying their own. Taking it to the next family get together.

I was interested in getting this expansion, as I have really liked Rise of Tribes for quite a while. The only thing that had been holding me back was the shipping cost. I would have been paying nearly half the cost of the game in shipping cost, and the expansion is not that expensive! Well, color me surprised when I noticed that there was free shipping on the website! I could not order the expansion fast enough! Unfortunately, hurricane Beryl had just passed through our part of town, so we were without power for nearly a week. I knew that the shipping on this would be held back because of it, but I held fast. The wait was definitely worth it. I was so happy when I finally received my order. It was a great addition to my base game. Thank you, Breaking Games!

Bought the DoE Legendary Upgrade Kit. Love the components and gameplay that it adds with the additional monsters and sound bases. Wish the deluxe upgrade and play mat as well as Oracle were in stock too!
