Castles Expansion
They came to Eldervale to find a new home, to build peaceful Dwellings in the elemental realms. But, the threat of monsters was great. And, they could see rival factions would soon claim these lands unless something could be done. Amassing their wealth and their most clever workers, they built their first castle in Eldervale. Their rivals would soon do the same.
Elemental Shards Expansion
Discovered ruins lend credence to the legends of magic. According to legend, the Cataclysm spread in a destructive wave across the Vale, and shattered the fabled Elemental Pillars revealing and breaking the precious crystalline structures that had secreted and tamed the elemental powers for ages. Where the shards landed, terrifying monsters emerged imbued with elemental power. The shards still retain significant power that may be harnessed as each faction seeks to dwell anew in Eldervale.
